Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent for processing. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched — no action needed on your end.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and can be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.

During peak periods such as Q4 holiday season, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will update this page if significant delays are expected.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs

Peeties offers free shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control. We are unable to predict or reimburse these charges.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@peeties.com.au and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. If your order shows no tracking movement after 60 days from the shipping date, email us at hello@peeties.com.au with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
