What sizes does Scoopsy come in?

Scoopsy comes in two sizes. Small is suited to dogs under approximately 15kg and Large is for dogs over 15kg. When in doubt, size up.

Is Scoopsy safe for my dog?

Yes. Scoopsy is made from durable ABS plastic and TPE, materials commonly used in pet products and designed to be safe for everyday use.

How do I clean it?

Rinse with warm soapy water after use. The smooth TPE body resists odours and stains.

Will it fit my leash?

Yes. The carabiner clip attaches to standard leashes, retractable leashes, harnesses, belt loops, and most bag straps.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days then shipped. From the date of purchase:

• Australia: 6–15 business days
• New Zealand: 7–17 business days
• USA: 8–19 business days
• Canada: 11–23 business days
• UK: 9–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number automatically once your order ships.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping on every order, always. No minimum spend required.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at hello@peeties.com.au. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Please allow the full estimated delivery window first. If your order is overdue, email us at hello@peeties.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
